In the fall of 2019, Rep. Kristey Willilams recruited and advocated for the election of Julie Winslow, District 1, Shelby Smith, District 2, and Jerry Maier, At Large. Their platform? Lowering taxes. Winslow and Smith were elected and have served since January 2020.

Since their election, they have disrupted the operations of Butler Community College, disrespected faculty, staff, and administration, and have proposed cuts that would cost the institution significant revenue loss. 

This must change! Butler Community College needs trustees who understand the economic impact the institution has on Butler County and role it plays in the communities it serves. How do we do this? We vote for the right candidates on November 7, 2023.
